Before we start I would just like to say that about an hour after I opened that package of markers from target I found the old ones...yeah. Great. We all knew that would happen.

So I realized today that I don't really have a favorite animal, and what does someone who has grown up in this day and age do when they realize they don't know something about themselves...that's right they look to the Internet to tell them. i didn't find my answer but I found this quiz about finding your spirit animal which was kinda fun so i thought I would share it as it took up some time and I got a cool answer!

You are a Wolf! (your score: 27)
Characters: Marek, Alanka, Kerza, and Kara in the Aspect of Crow trilogy and "Storm Reaper"; Lance in "The Wild's Call"

Powers: Stealth, hunting ability, enhanced senses of smell and hearing, as well as strength and stamina

"Family comes first" could be a Wolf's motto. You form deep connections with close friends and family members, and they know you'd do anything to protect them. You're loyal, devoted, and passionate. Your worst fear is being alone, but be careful not to drown your loved ones in too much emotion.

Best matches: Swans, Otters, Crows
Watch out for: Spiders, Owls, Foxes

But as to my favorite animals I would have to have a top ten list I guess- in not particular order...

1.Prairie Dogs -they make me laugh and when i go to the zoo i spend the most time looking at them
2.Penguins -who doesn't find them amusing!?
3.Pandas -they just rock, but people tend to think they are cute, and forget they are dangerous bears and climb over fences and end up getting attacked http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/28554008/
4.Polar Bears -i wonder if I can come up with all P names!
5.Otters (guess not)
6.West Highland Terriers-and if we are talking dogs just large breed mutts also
7.Koalas-he is just so cute.
8.Tiger-beautiful when they are full grown-cute and playful when they are little.
9.Kangaroos-hippity hop-cant stop.
10. Wolves-not only are they beautiful, but their social structure is intricate and amazing. They are incredible animals.

What does your list look like?

Time to ignore what I shouldn't be ignoring and do what I have been ignoring

So I have a laundry basket in the bathroom that is kinda large considering that I do laundry once a week, and the basket only holds MY dirty laundry. However, the past couple weeks I have been ignoring the fact that I needed to do this laundry thing and have just been wearing clothes that I don't usually wear. Today in fact i have been reduced to wearing work pants as all of my other comfy pants and jeans are dirty. Don't get me started on what I was forced to wear for a shirt, i look like a high school student wannabe. I don't even have a clean sweatshirt. I knew it was time to do laundry. I can usually do laundry in 2 lazy loads. Today it is gonna take 5 loads at least. Crazy. So, I am semi-ignoring my homework and doing laundry and such around the house. Focus has not been my strong suit lately any who. I think homework is gonna get done last minute, we will see how that goes for midterm studying next week...

I also had to take my mom up to target while dad was at the apartment with the speech therapy lady and I proceeded to re-purchase some markers. For the life of me I can only find ONE of the markers i had purchased the first time! I don't know where they went! Made me really mad because i purchased these markers to take notes at school and I was sure i would find them somewhere, but have yet to come across them. So I was reduced to purchasing them again. Gah!

Random Randomness.

The day before yesterday i thought I was turning 29, then I realized i was actually turning 28. It was like getting a year of my life back.

My parents bought me a new Mp3 player for my birthday, I got it early so I could play and I think because they were a little tired of my begging:) But, when I loaded it last night it automatically loaded all of my pictures and I kinda freaked out and deleted them only to realize I kinda wanted some of them on there and now I have no idea how to get them back on...

I have been watching the first season of Bones, and now have strange fears about people killing me,burying me in the woods and coyotes eating me and scattering my remains...I am taking a break from Bones for awhile.

I hate the fact that my ears are too small for ear buds.

Sometimes I think about getting rid of/selling a majority of my stuff but I know I would just buy it all back so I just forget about it.

For the first time ever I bought presents online...I hope they come, and that they are what they looked like, and that they work..and that they are not so cool that I keep them...hmmm.

This week one of the guys in my class had to ask me something about politics and that made me sad because i am probably in the percentage of the population that knows the least about politics and such.

In one week my 2 best friends from childhood friended me on facebook. I find this strange because they do not know each other at all, and with one of them we were not friends when we last saw each other...weird.

Earlier this week I spent a good amount of time looking for a board game (in closets, ceder chests, under ceder chests)that I was convinced I had-until I couldn't find. Then i realized I didn't own it and had never owned it...bummer.

That's all for now. I might think of more later. I think I will go have pizza and brownie for breakfast.

Yippie Skippy!

"Minnesota Wild President and General Manager Doug Risebrough today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has re-signed goaltender Niklas Backstrom to a four-year, $24 million contract that will run through the 2012-2013 NHL season."

woo hoo!

Top 3.

Okay- so Maya posted about her top 5 on multiply, the top 5 famous men she finds the most attractive for one reason or another...
http://myapapaya.multiply.com/photos/album/13/Well_Hellooooooooooooooooooo_Nurse?replies_read=1
Then I started to think about it, I couldn't think of five famous men that I find so attractive that they rise above all the other men in movies, tv etc. However the first one and last one were no brainers.

Viggo Mortensen- The second one came in a moment of inspiration, Hugh Jackman.

The next two are just meh whatever, I find greatly attractive but...
Jason Momoa.

James Roday

And last but not least Niklas Backstrom YEA! Stupid Wild.

I hate waiting

Hate waiting. I suck at it. I hate waiting for doctors appointments, whether it is days, or minutes, I just want to get in and get it over with. Now, this makes sense you say, these are not fun occasions. Well explain this then, I love reading, savor books but I ALWAYS read the last page of every book because I cannot wait until the end of the book to find out how it ends. I am a fairly fast reader, and for the most part read easy books, so I am telling you that I cannot wait 1-2 days to find out how a story ends. Yeah. When I download music I sit there tapping on my computer literally counting ALOUD the seconds that it takes the song to download...because I am so impatient. Don't get me started on waiting for my favorite authors to release their books. Why do I bring this up? I have found a new addiction, I cant remember who is to blame, I know it is one of my Barne crew friends, maybe Maya, but I am now addicted to LOST and I want every day to be Wednesday!, and everyday is just one more day in the long wait to the next episode. I am not patient, I am not subtle in my waiting- there is some huffing when I realize it is Tuesday night and not Wednesday night. Very childish, but whatever this waiting business is for the birds, and fans of Heros.

Highlights and Hobbies.

Recently I have been toying with the idea of coming up with, and developing a hobby. Well I have always liked photography. I have always liked pictures too. I have been spending a lot of time looking at pictures over the last 2 months. Pictures of everything, and everyone i have ever known, and for me pictures evoke feelings, they take me back and are almost as strong as memories. They pull on cords of hidden memories, times that were lost in the mind, things we thought were forgotten but are brought forth by a simple image on a glossy piece of paper. So, pictures are important to me.

So I have complained about the last year a lot...there have been times were I wished I was somewhere else, but then I think back, I look back, on some of the fun times I have had over the last year, and here is my proof...
(in no particular order) Dawn's wedding (left to right, Ashley, me, Carrie, Andrea, Dawn, and Sammi)

The Duluth trip for PIE!

Sneak picture attack on the back of the van, (left to right, John, Maya, and Kris)

The day Maya and I basically hung out with (babysat) Steve's kids who are all smarter than me...

And Cuter...

And funnier:)

Going to Milwaukee to see Fish in Concert.

Sneak picture attack on the back of the van! Uh oh I may be in trouble for this one, right Steve...

All my Milwaukee trip peeps, half of who hate to have their picture taken, well pictures are really important to me like I said, they capture a time, a place, and a feeling for me to reflect back on when a memory fades a little, so I took your picture :P Deal.

Me and my brother at my cousin Jennie's wedding. ( I am on the right). :)

Dawn and I at a swarm game, I accidentally wore the opposing teams colors, color me embarrassed!

So if you see me more and more with a camera in my hand over the coming months it is not to make you uncomfortable, I will try to keep you out of pictures as much as possible if you hate it, but also know that I will be taking more pictures, and as people I care about I would like some pictures and tangible memories of you.
